United Kingdom: Please allow up to 7 working days - (current lead times) to receive your special gift. 

Once you order has placed it takes between 3 & 5 (current lead times) working days to complete. This may be quicker Your special gift is then posted to you taking from 2 to 3 working days to arrive at your chosen address. (Update: 97% of our orders are being shipped and arriving on time but please allow an extra 1 working days just in case)

For urgent orders please place your order before 10am and select the correct shipping tab in your checkout marked EXPRESS to get within 1 - 3 working days from dispatch (After production) - (SUSPENDED)

Many of our gifts are made to order, so please allow time for the product to be made (produced) as well as the time for delivery. Our suppliers operate Monday to Friday only, so weekends and holidays do not count in the production or postage timescales quoted. Orders placed before 10am begin production that day, while orders received after this time begin the following day. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over a weekend will begin production on Monday.
