Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. PLEASE USE OUR RETURNS PAGE if you wish to return your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. PERSONALISED GOODS: Incorrect information supplied when purchasing your products i.e. incorrect spelling are not included in this returns policy.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged on arrival or your product has a manufactures fault. A repair or replacement will be offered first

Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs if item is unwanted or incorrectly ordered are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Warranty claims: Shipping will be refunded up to a mx of £10
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
United Kingdom: Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your special gift. Once you order has placed it takes between 1 & 2 working days to complete. Your special gift is then posted to you taking from 1 to 3 working days to arrive at your chosen address.
Please note: During holiday periods ie Christmas delivery times may increase, its a busy time of year
For urgent orders please place your order before 10am and select the correct shipping tab in your checkout marked EXPRESS to get within 1 - 2 working days.

The majority of our gifts are made to order, so please allow time for the product to be made (produced) as well as the time for delivery. The table above outlines our production time for both standard and urgent orders, please add these to the postage lead time for an accurate idea of when you’ll receive your item(s)

Our suppliers operate Monday to Friday only, so weekends and holidays do not count in the production or postage timescales quoted. Orders placed before 10am begin production that day, while orders received after this time begin the following day. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over a weekend will begin production on Monday.
Europe & USA: Please allow 7 - 10 working days to receive your special gift. Production times are as above.
