How long does it take to make my gift?
It takes around 3 - 7 working days to have your personalised gift ready for dispatch.

Can I change my personal message once I've sent my order?
This is a good question! If you notify us immediately then we may be able to stop your order and change your message. We would like to know within 1/2 hour of you placing your order.
Once you order has been sent for manufacturing i'm afraid we will not be able to change your message.

Can I upload a picture with my personalised message?
Yes you can, you will see in the product description which books and personalised gifts offer this option. Not all of our products offer this option but don't worry there are quite of few.
Please look for the Blue image upload button just above the add to cart button. If you cant see one then we are sorry that item is not eligible for photo upload.

DELIVERY
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes we do charge for delivery. We sometimes offer FREE delivery for UK mainland orders, please keep an eye out for the special offers.
All Orders outside of the UK mainland are charged delivery but this is only covering our delivery costs to you, we do not make a profit from delivery charges
So keep an eye out for our special offers by signing up to our newsletter, you will get notified first on what special offers are available.

MY ORDER
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if you let us know straight away. If your order has gone to print then we are afraid that you wont be able to cancel you order and the order will be processed as normal.
Shop Personalised gives usually hold the orders going to print on that day for up to 2 hours so this should be enough time for you to cancel your order. If you have chosen fast track express then these go to print straight away and you wont be able to cancel your order.
Personalised gifts are bespoke and made to order so are not covered under normal terms and conditions. If We have made a mistake or your goods arrived damage then we will of course replace or refund your order

Can I track my order?
Most of the time YES. We try and offer tracking information on all our deliveries. Once your order has been dispatched then you will be notified of what service has been used along with a tracking number.
Personalised gift products are usually shipped via Royal Mail tracked 24hr/48hr , if you have fast tracked your order another courier may be used.
Children's toy products are usually shipped via various couriers again you will be sent the courier information along with the tracking number.

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We hope this does not happen but if this does then please contact us straight away. if you can provide pictures when you contact us it will help move things along quickly.
Shop Personalised Gifts will replace the damaged item at no cost to you and if you wish to cancel your we will provide a refund. If you choose a replacement item then we will fast track express this item for you.
Please note: If you wish to cancel the order then we will require the damaged item back for inspection before a refund will be issued.

What if i change my mind?
That is not a problem as long as your item has not been dispatched. If you items has been dispatched then you will need to return the unwanted item to us unopened and unused for inspection before any refund can be issued.
We are afraid we will not cover the delivery charge for this and this must be paid for by the customer. If your order has not been dispatched then we will simply cancel the order and issue your refund.
