When you have uploaded your photo we will then crop to 480 x 720 Pixels. Please bare this in mind when uploading landscape style photos.

United Kingdom: Please allow up to 10 working days - (current lead times) to receive your special gift. COVID-19 & CHRISTMAS ORDERS

Once you order has placed it takes between 7 & 8  (current lead times) working days to complete. This may be quicker Your special gift is then posted to you taking from 2 to 3 working days to arrive at your chosen address. (Update: 97% of our orders are being shipped and arriving on time but please allow an extra 1 working days just in case)

Please note: During holiday periods i.e. Christmas delivery times may increase, it is a busy time of year

For urgent orders please place your order before 10am and select the correct shipping tab in your checkout marked EXPRESS to get within 1 - 3 working days from dispatch (After production) - (SUSPENDED)

Many of our gifts are made to order, so please allow time for the product to be made (produced) as well as the time for delivery. The paragraphs above outline our production time for both standard and urgent orders, please add these to the postage lead time for an accurate idea of when you will receive your item(s)

Working Days Postage 2 - 3 (SEE UPDATE ABOVE)

Our suppliers operate Monday to Friday only, so weekends and holidays do not count in the production or postage timescales quoted. Orders placed before 10am begin production that day, while orders received after this time begin the following day. Orders placed on a Friday afternoon or over a weekend will begin production on Monday.

Now Shipping to Europe: Please allow up to 14 working days to receive your gift, production times as stated above.

USA: Please allow 14 working days to receive your special gift. Production times are as above.
